Returns / Refunds

You have 21 days to return an item.

Firstly you must request a return code within 7 days of delivery, this must be done by email to help@hushstyle.com.

In your email please confirm:

1. Your name

2. Address

3. Order number

4. Reason for return

5. Whether your request is for a refund or a replacement

 

Your request will be confirmed by email and a returns code will be given in our email. A copy of the email with the returns code must be included in your package. Please ensure it reaches the address given within 14 days, otherwise you will void your refund.


The email from us will also give the address to return the product to. This is the only address you can return the item to. Sending it to any other address will void your refund.

All returned orders are inspected by the logistics center. The item must be returned in its original condition and must not have been worn or used to be accepted as a return. 


We do not refund any shipping charges, except if the product is damaged on arrival. Detailed photos will be required in this instance.

After inspection, if all the above conditions are met, a refund will be issued to you. Refunds will be made to the card or Paypal account  that you used to pay for the goods.

Out of Stock Refunds

In the unlikely event that stock has already run out when you have placed your order you will be entitled to an immediate refund.

Returns Policy

Items should be returned as new, unused and with all designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, marked or altered will not be accepted.

 

All extra items such as belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.

 

You must request a return as detailed above by email before sending your items back to us.

CLOTHING
All clothing should be tried on over underwear. All tags and labels must be left in place. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been worn for longer than is necessary to try the item on or it is soiled or damaged in any way.

 

SHOES
All shoes must be tried on on a carpet. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with scratched soles will not be accepted.

 

LINGERIE AND SWIMWEAR
Briefs, swimsuits and bikini bottoms must be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns will not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled. 

 

BAGS AND ACCESSORIES
Bags and Accessories (watches, sunglasses etc.) must be returned in their original packaging. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been damaged through normal wear and tear, this at our discretion.

 

FAULTY GOODS 

Goods are classified as faulty ONLY if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described.  Shipping costs will be refunded only in this instance. Please note that items which are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident, or through misuse will not be considered faulty and no refund will be given.

 

If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 7 days from the date you received it.

 

COLOURS 
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on our site as accurately as possible. However, because computer screens and devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any colour will be completely accurate. 

 

REPEAT RETURNS 
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. We will monitor the number of returns made by our customers, and continued returns will be flagged. This may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your account or future orders being refused.
